It’s a strength-driven program designed for former CrossFit athletes, gym-goers, and of course anyone new to fitness looking to build muscle while keeping that competitive edge alive—without the burnout.

This isn’t just another bodybuilding plan. We fuse heavy, progressive strength training with high-intensity microdoses of CrossFit—short, effective conditioning workouts that bring the fire without the wear and tear. The goal? To build a stronger, more resilient athlete while maintaining the athleticism and endurance you’ve worked hard for.

DO I NEED A CROSSFIT BACKGROUND?

NO!! You don't need to be a former CrossFitter to Succeed in this Program.

All Chalk'd Out is designed for anyone who wants a structured strength & conditioning Program.

We take the Best Parts of functional training - without the complexity of olympic lifts or extreme intensity.

Whether you're coming from CrossFit, bodybuilding, Powerlifting or just starting, this program adapts to you.

DO I NEED A GYM & HOW ABOUT EQUIPMENT?

Not necessarily! While having access to a gym helps, many workouts can be modified for home training using:

 Dumbbells and Kettlebells

 Resistance bands for assistance and resistance.

Barbell and Plates Would be Really good as well.

A Squat Rack is Recommended, but not absolutely required.

Some type of Pull - Up Bar is needed.

We provide alternatives for gym and home workouts so you can train anywhere.

IS THIS JUST BODYBUILDING?

No. This isn’t your typical bodybuilding split.

All Chalk'd Out blends strength training with fast-paced finishers for endurance & athleticism.

You’ll build muscle while staying explosive & conditioned—without wasting hours in the gym.

HOW LONG ARE THE WORKOUTS?

Each session takes 50-70 minutes, Depending all of what you want to tackle including:

Microdose of CrossFit-Style Conditioning (quick FINISHERS that bring intensity without burnout)

Efficient, effective, and built for busy people who want results and want to feel like they actually got a damn good workout in..day after day, but without feeling trashed.

CAN I MODIFY WORKOUTS?

100% Yes! Every workout has scaling options so you can adjust intensity based on your fitness level.
